OK so this is one that we did this summer. Described as possibly the finest ride in the heart of the moorland, this ride has a sprinkling of everything.
We followed this route from the book 'South West Mountain Biking' by Nick Cotton & Tom Fenton...(great route guides, so check them out) hence the following 'from the book' image.
A 22 km circular route you ride across some stunning moorland down into the Barle Valley where the views just force you to get off your bike and breathe it all in.
With some long thigh burning climbs and enough rough tracks to make you concentrate hard, this ride makes you earn the best cream tea ever from the excellent tea room at the finish.
